Usambara Mountains Hiking and Trekking Tours ia located at Lushoto District Council which is administratively,one among the eleven councils in Tanga Region. It is divided into five divisions; Mlola, Umba, Mtae, Mlalo and Lushoto. The council has 33 wards, 125 villages and 954 hamlets.
